Bearify for Notion — Integration Listing Content

1. Integration Description
Bearify is an AI-powered business card scanner app that lets you digitize, organize, and export your business card contacts directly to a Notion database.
Stop manually typing in contact details. Simply scan a business card with your phone camera, and Bearify's AI engine will automatically extract the name, email, phone number, company, title, and more. Once your contacts are organized, export them to your Notion workspace with one tap — no copy-pasting required.

2. Setup Guide — How to Connect Bearify to Notion
Prerequisites

A Bearify account (available on iOS and Android)
A Notion account with at least one workspace

Step 1: Download and Sign Up

Download Bearify from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Open the app and create an account using Google, Facebook, or Apple ID.
Once signed in, create your first contact folder by entering a folder name and tapping Next.

Step 2: Scan Your Business Cards

Tap the Camera icon on the home screen.
Place the business card within the frame displayed on screen.
Tap the Capture button to scan the card.
You can also tap the Gallery icon to import an existing photo of a business card.

Step 3: Review and Edit Contact Information

After scanning, Bearify's AI will automatically detect and extract contact fields including:

Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Company Name
Job Title
Address
Website


Review the extracted information on the contact detail screen.
Tap Auto Detect to re-process, or manually edit any field by tapping on it.
Tap Next to save the contact to your Bearify library.

Step 4: Connect to Notion (First Time Only)

Go to the Export screen by tapping the export icon on any contact or folder.
Select Export to Notion from the list of export methods.
You will be redirected to Notion's OAuth authorization page.
On the Notion authorization page:

Select the workspace you want to connect.
Choose or create the database where contacts will be stored.
Click Allow access to authorize Bearify.


Once authorized, Bearify will remember your connection for future exports.

Step 5: Export Contacts to Notion

Select the contacts or folders you want to export.
Tap Export to Notion.
Bearify will automatically create entries in your Notion database with all contact fields mapped to the corresponding database properties.
Open your Notion workspace to verify — your contacts will appear as new entries in the connected database.

Revoking Access
To disconnect Bearify from your Notion workspace:

Open Notion → Settings & Members → My connections.
Find Bearify in the list of connected integrations.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to Bearify and select Disconnect.
